Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal:
The goods must be in their original condition and in the original packaging. They must not have been worn and must not show any signs of use from the customer's perspective. In case of damage and/or contamination of the goods, a withdrawal will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or determination is significant for their production or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This means Personalized items, such as necklaces with letters or similar letter items are excluded from exchange. The same applies to all engraved products.
Furthermore, all types of earrings are excluded for hygienic reasons. This also applies to non-personalized earrings and personalized earrings.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot offer to cover the costs for returns and ask you, in the case of a return, to adequately stamp your package. This ensures that your package arrives with us.
