1. SCOPE

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. CONTRACT PARTNER, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The purchase contract is concluded with JEWELINA.

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, STORAGE OF CONTRACT TEXT
THE LANGUAGE AVAILABLE FOR THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT IS GERMAN.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further details on any applicable shipping costs can be found in the offers.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit card
By placing the order, you simultaneously transmit your credit card data to us.
After your identification as the rightful cardholder, we immediately request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction after the order. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.

SEPA direct debit procedure
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account charge (so-called prenotification). By submitting the SEPA direct debit mandate, we instruct our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your account will be charged.
The account will be charged before the goods are shipped.

PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be automatically carried out immediately afterwards by PayPal. Further information is provided during the ordering process.


Sofort by klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account enabled for participation in Sofort with PIN/TAN procedure, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information is provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to your bank's website. To pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have an online banking account enabled for participation in Giropay with PIN/TAN procedure, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be charged.

Amazon Pay
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the order process in our online shop. To process the order and pay the invoice amount through Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon, and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop, where you can complete the order process.
Immediately after the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by Amazon. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Purchase on account and financing through Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the invoice purchase and the installment purchase as payment options.
Please note that Klarna's invoice and Klarna's installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.

Klarna installment financing
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least €6.95). Klarna Invoice

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

7. TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to report or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

9. LIABILITY

We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents

in case of injury to life, body, or health,
in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
in case of warranty promises, if agreed, or
as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), our liability for damages caused by slight negligence is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
