Return / revocation 

You have the right to revoke the concluded contract within 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods to us. It should be noted that there are no personalized products & earrings. The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Please proceed as follows:

1. Packages The items that must be in the original state, along with the original Jewelina jewelry packaging.

2. Please deposit the delivery note in the package and cross the returns.

3. TheRetourure process Is it initiated & you can return the package with sufficient franking to the following address:
