For customizable items, the delivery time may take longer, as your jewelry is made individually for you. Typically, it is 7-10 working days. Please refer to the respective product pages for exact shipping information.

 Return 

You have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days without giving any reasons and to return the goods to us.

 

This does not apply to:

- Gift cards

- Personalized items (e.g. with engraving)

- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

 
We only accept returns for new and unworn jewelry pieces.
If you are returning jewelry pieces from different orders in one package, please ensure that all jewelry pieces are in the correct boxes and that the delivery notes of the orders are filled out and included.
 
If we receive personalized products or earrings as a return, these will be automatically sent back to you.
 
If your right of return has expired and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us beforehand, your return will be automatically sent back to you.


Please proceed as follows:

1. Pack the items that must be in their original condition together with the original Jewelina jewelry packaging.

2. Please include the delivery note in the package and check the returns or leave a note with your order number and your request.

3. The returns process has been initiated & you can return the package with sufficient postage to the following address:
