TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope

For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply. Our online shop depends exclusively on consumers.
Consumers is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes, which can be borne predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership, which is the conclusion of a legal transaction in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract comes about with Jewelina.

With the setting of the products in the online shop we give a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract via these articles. You can first put our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this purpose. The contract is concluded by clicking on the offer via the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail again.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Terms of delivery

In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs can be charged. Further provisions on possibly incurred shipping costs can be found in the offers.

We only deliver in shipping. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5th payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are always available:

Credit card
By submitting the order, send us your credit card details at the same time.
According to their legitimacy as a legitimate cardholder, we will ask for their credit card company to initiate payment transaction immediately after the order. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and charged its card.

SEPA direct debit
With submission of the order you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of account relief (so-called prenotification). With the submission of the SEPA direct debit mandate, we demand our bank to initiate payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is charged.
The account statement takes place before shipment of the goods.

PAYPAL
You will be forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register only, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we demand PayPal to initiate payment transaction.
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Immediately by Klarna
After submitting the order, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider immediately GmbH. In order to pay the invoice amount over immediately, you must have a online banking account with PIN / TAN procedures for participation in the immediate part, legitimize accordingly and confirm the order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterwards and charged your account.

Giropay
After submitting the order, you will be forwarded to the website of your bank. In order to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a online banking account with PIN / TAN procedures unlocked for the Giropay's participation in Giropay, legitimize and confirm the order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterwards and charged your account.

Amazon Pay
In the ordering process, you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Amazon as before completing the order process in our online shop. To handle the ordering process via Amazon and to be able to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered where register and legitimize with your access data. There you can choose the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment order to us. Then you will be returned to our online store where you can complete the ordering process.
Immediately after the order, we demand Amazon for the introduction of payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Purchase on account and financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the invoice purchase and installment purchase as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.

With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least € 6.95). Klarna bill

Financing via Klarna

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please apply such errors as soon as possible with the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for its legal claims and its enforcement, in particular its warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees

9. Liability

For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without restriction

  • in case of violation of life, body or health,
  • in intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • for guarantee promise, as far as agreed, or
  • as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.

In case of breach of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment allows the proper implementation of the Treaty only possible and on their compliance with the contracting parties is regularly trusted, (cardinal obligations) by slight negligence of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability of the amount foreseeable at the conclusion of the contract Damage limits, with the creation of which must be typically expected. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure in front of a consumer estimate body and not ready.
